The core component of our entire set of plans, an accurately drawn Blank Plan gives an excellent view of the "as-is" layout of the property as opposed to the as-built drawings that maybe have originally described the property as planned or constructed. Each ingress or egress of the buildings that affect tenant square footage are accurately drawn in CAD, together with an accurate representation of parking lanes, islands, and main property features.

Tenant plans are generally the most volatile and subject to change and our ease of update to these plans is an important feature. Some clients elect to forgo tenant identification at all, just holding to the unit and square footage rather than tenant name, but whatever the client's particular interest
